Founder, CEO & Clinical Director
InterState Medical Group - Disc Centers of Salem
For nearly two decades, Dr. Michael T. LoGiudice has dedicated his career to one guiding principle: restore function first, and the body often follows. While pain may be the reason patients seek care, he believes pain is only one part of a much larger story. His mission is to identify and address the underlying causes of dysfunction, helping patients regain movement, independence, and confidence in their bodies.
As the Founder and CEO of InterState Medical Group, Dr. LoGiudice has built one of Salem, Oregon’s most elite and comprehensive non-surgical spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation centers. The clinic integrates advanced chiropractic care with spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, massage therapy, advanced physiologic technologies, and evidence-informed conservative care—all under one roof. This multidisciplinary model reflects his belief that the best outcomes occur when multiple therapies work together rather than relying on a single treatment approach.

Reconnaissance Marine | Infantryman
For Dr. Michael T. LoGiudice, healthcare has never simply been about treating pain. It has always been about helping people regain something far more important—their Independence.
That philosophy was shaped long before he became a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. LoGiudice spent more than two decades serving in the United States military, beginning as a Reconnaissance Marine and later serving as an Army Combat Medic, infantry and medical instructor and retiring as a Staff Noncommissioned Officer. Those years taught him lessons that continue to guide his life and his practice today: listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, never stop learning, take responsibility for the people entrusted to your care, and never give up simply because the problem is difficult. Leave no patient behind.
He carried those principles into healthcare.
After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, where he received the Clinical Excellence Award, Dr. LoGiudice returned to Oregon and began building a career centered as a musculoskeletal & rehabilitation specialist, always having his goal on the prize; restoring function. Nearly two decades later, he is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of InterState Medical Group – Disc Centers of Salem located in Salem, Oregon
His clinical philosophy is straightforward:
Pain deserves attention. Function deserves restoration. Independence deserves protection.
Rather than asking only, “Where does it hurt?” Dr. LoGiudice believes clinicians must ask a more important question:
“Why is this person no longer moving, functioning, or living the way they should?”
That approach has shaped InterState Medical Group into a comprehensive non-surgical spine, joint, and injury center where chiropractic care, spinal decompression, rehabilitation, advanced physiotherapy, soft-tissue treatment, Class IV laser, shockwave therapy, massage therapy, regenerative medicine collaboration, diagnostic imaging, and other conservative technologies can work together under one roof.
Dr. LoGiudice has particular experience managing complex spine and musculoskeletal conditions, including disc injuries, sciatica, radiculopathy, chronic neck and back pain, whiplash and auto injuries, occupational injuries, sports injuries, and extremity conditions involving the shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, and upper extremities.
But technology and credentials are only part of the equation.
Dr. LoGiudice believes exceptional healthcare begins when a patient feels heard.
Patients should understand what is happening to their bodies. They should understand their options. They should participate in decisions about their care. And whenever possible, the goal should not be lifelong dependence on treatment—it should be helping patients recover enough strength, mobility, confidence, and understanding to move forward on their own.
That belief has become part of the culture of InterState Medical Group:
Movement is our Medicine.
Motion Wins.
Independence over Dependence.
Dr. LoGiudice continues to serve Salem Oregon patients, injured workers, individuals suffering from automobile accidents, athletes, families, and fellow veterans through both private practice and VA Community Care. His military service may have ended, but his commitment to service will never end.
Today, his mission is simple:
To listen first.
To understand the problem.
To restore movement.
To rebuild function.
And to stand beside every patient who is ready to move forward.
Because movement restores function.
Function creates freedom.
And freedom changes lives.
